The Bozeman Bucks and the Crossroad Academy Scorpions will face off at 5:00 p.m. on January 15th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Bozeman will be strutting in after a win while Crossroad Academy will be coming in after a defeat.
Even though Bozeman has not done well against Port St. Joe recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Bozeman enjoyed a cozy 35-20 victory over Port St. Joe. Bozeman didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this victory makes it their second in a row.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Crossroad Academy, who are still winless after their seventh game. They were dealt a 64-27 loss at the hands of Florida State University High School last Friday. While losing is never fun, Crossroad Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 605th, while Florida State University High School is ranked 191st).
Bozeman's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Crossroad Academy, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 0-7.
