Having just played yesterday, the Green Hill Hawks will jump right back in to play the McCracken County Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Green Hill is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
On Thursday, things could have been worse for Green Hill, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 38-23 loss to Bishop Kenny. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Green Hill has scored all season.
McCracken County has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 25 points or more this season. They blew past South Paulding 69-37 on the road. Winning may never get old, but McCracken County sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Green Hill has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season. As for McCracken County, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2.
