When it comes to explaining why Fort Bragg lost, one person who can't be blamed is Cooper Killion. Despite the final result, he scored 17 points. Killion continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Brayton Shellman was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with five rebounds.
Fort Bragg has not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season. As for Upper Lake, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-9.
Fort Bragg will take on St. Helena at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. St. Helena will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. As for Upper Lake, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Bernard's at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
