 Sauk Prairie saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Ava Cannon, who  went 2-for-3 with two  RBI. Another  was  Lily Freeman, who  went 2-for-3 with one  stolen base and one  run.
Sauk Prairie's defeat dropped their record down to 0-18. As for La Crosse Central, their win bumped their record up to 6-10.
 Sauk Prairie has already played their next contest,  a  6-5  loss against La Crosse Logan on the 10th. As for La Crosse Central, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Sparta  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
