Nogales (Ariz.) bested Pueblo (Tucson, Ariz.) 56-7 on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a kick return touchdown by McCarty in the first quarter, the Apaches led 42-7 at the half.

McCarty stood out for the Apaches in the win. The senior running back caught one touchdown.
The Warriors' lone touchdown came on a pass in the first quarter.
Nogales went into the matchup giving up only 15.1 points per game.
A 49-28 Nogales victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.
