Taylor Mabry was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up four earned runs off three hits. Mabry was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3.
In other batting news, Grace Vernesoni was incredible, going 4-for-4 with three doubles, two runs, and a stolen base. Another player making a difference was Taylor Hickman, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, a triple, and two RBI.
