Vision were the 43-41 winner over the Riverstone International Otters when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Vision was outmatched by Riverstone International at home and fell 67-36. Vision was down 62-31 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Several Vision players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Isaac Bay, who scored six points along with five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Ingram, who scored 11 points.
Riverstone International's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jason Koval led the charge by scoring 18 points along with two steals. Another player making a difference was Jack Scripps, who scored 13 points.
Vision has not been sharp recently as the team has lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season. As for Riverstone International, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-6.
Vision does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Riverstone International, they will be playing at home against Rimrock at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Riverstone International has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 208 points over their last three matches.
