Woodland Regional had won 14 straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Saturday they bumped their record up to 15-0 to make it 15. They put the hurt on the Waterbury Career Academy Spartans with a sharp 24-1 win. Ella VanAlstyne and Caitlyn Braun made a big impact no matter where they played. Throwing, VanAlstyne pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
