When it comes to explaining why Coachella Valley lost, one person who can't be blamed is Aaron Ramirez. Despite the final result, he rushed for 173 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.6 yards per carry, and also picked up 104 receiving yards and a touchdown. Ramirez is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last three games he's played.
Josh Park was a one-man wrecking crew for Cerritos as he rushed for 156 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry.
Coachella Valley's loss dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Cerritos, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 8-5.
