On Monday Mitchell Piatt pitched six innings while giving up four earned runs off eight hits. The performance marked the fewest earned runs Piatt has had since back in March. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than two walks. On the year, he has an ERA of 6.18 over 11.3 innings pitched.
