On Friday, Camden Hills put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They blew past Traip 30-8. That result was just more of the same for Camden Hills, who also won the last time these teams played.
Camden Hills got off to a slow start in their match last week, but they had no such trouble against Traip and cruised to a 24-point first half. Meanwhile, Traip couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 24-0 heading into the break. Although Camden Hills wound up losing the second-half battle, they still had enough in reserve to win the war. The win bumped their record up to 4-1. The defeat dropped Traip's record to 2-3.
Next week Camden Hills take on Old Orchard Beach at 1:30 PM. Traip will look to defend their home turf against Freeport at 7:00 PM.
