Columbus Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Eva Blair out in front who scored 11 points along with 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Wise, who scored 13 points along with 6 assists.
Cannelton's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Columbus Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 2-9.
Cannelton will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. As for Columbus Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Horizon Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Horizon Christian and Columbus Christian are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
