Triad won the last time they faced Mascoutah and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Knights never let the Indians get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Triad's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 24th, while Mascoutah are ranked 137th).

London Looby and Claire Gough scored both of Triad's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Triad's win bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Mascoutah, their record is now 8-8-1.

Triad are on a four-game streak of home wins, Waterloo a three-game streak of away wins, meaning someone's leaving a streak behind.
