Volleyball Recap: Mcnair Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

If Stagg wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played McNair, they should've done a better job of containing Kaleb Cabanilla. The Eagles blew past the Delta Kings 3-0 on Wednesday for which the team can thank Cabanilla, who had 11 digs and two aces. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had ten or more in each of the last four games he's played.

One reason for the win was McNair's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-19, 25-11.

Several Delta Kings players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Evan Sun, who had ten digs, seven kills, and two aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Angelo Lagrimas, who had 15 assists and 11 digs.

McNair has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season. As for Stagg, they dropped their record down to 5-12 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

McNair has already played their next contest (against Franklin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Stagg also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Weston Ranch.
