It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Lowndes had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They strolled past the North Paulding Wolfpack with  points to spare, taking the game  35-17.  It was another big night for  Marvis Parrish, who rushed for 93 yards and three touchdowns, and also picked up 55 receiving yards. He is  on a roll when it comes to  rushing touchdowns, as he's  now  punched in two or more in the last four games he's  played.  Jaylin Carter also helped out with an impressive 83  receiving yards.
 Lowndes was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 230  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 171  rushing yards in four consecutive  contests.
 North Paulding lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   Tyler Niehr, who threw for 175 yards  on 15 of 24 attempts, and also rushed for 54 yards on only six carries. That's the most  rushing yards  Niehr has posted since back in August.  Dube Enongene was  Niehr's top target, picking up 92 receiving yards and a touchdown.
 Lowndes' win was  their ninth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 10-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 38.7 points per game. As for North Paulding, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.
 Lowndes will square off against Buford at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Buford will roll in looking for their  11th straight  victory, something Lowndes surely won't give up without a fight. North Paulding does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
