The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Cobleskill-Richmondville in their matchups with Catholic Central: they've now lost five in a row.
Schalmont is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season. As for Cobleskill-Richmondville, they bumped their record down to 1-12 with that defeat, which was their 14th straight on the road.
