The Attica Blue Devils will face off against the Newfane Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Thursday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Attica beat the Wildcats 50-45. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Attica has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Newfane waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with 12 straight wins but they left with 13. They breezed by Wilson at home to the tune of 76-39. Newfane has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 21 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Landon Braman, who scored 32 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Capen Mac was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Attica pushed their record up to 4-1 with that win, which was their third straight at home dating back to last season. As for Newfane, their victory bumped their record up to 15-1.
