The Kingsway Dragons managed to keep up with the Atlantic City Vikings until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Kingsway took a serious blow against the Vikings, falling 75-48. Kingsway has struggled against the Vikings recently, as their contest on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Bridget Roach continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Atlantic City, dropping a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds. Roach is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Julia Marigliano, who scored 17 points along with three steals.
Kingsway now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Atlantic City, they pushed their record up to 5-14 with that win, which was their third straight at home.
Kingsway will take on the Rams at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Atlantic City, they and the Blue Devils will face off at 5:30 p.m. on February 13th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
