On Friday Grayson County will take on Barren County at 7:00 PM. Grayson County don't have the home-field advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
Grayson County put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season last Friday. Everything went their way against Greenwood as they made off with a 35-14 win. Grayson County were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Meanwhile, Barren County came up short against Clinton County, falling 21-32. This makes it the second loss in a row for Barren County.
Grayson County's victory lifted them to 5-3 while Barren County's defeat dropped them down to 2-6. We'll see if Grayson County's success rolls on or if Barren County are able to steal their positive momentum.
