It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Animo Pat Brown Gryphons can now relate to. They were dealt a 67-15 defeat at the hands of the Cardinals on Friday.
New Designs University Park got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Shannon Polk out in front who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds. Polk hasn't dropped below two steals for 11 straight games. Brady Cerrato was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Animo Pat Brown's loss dropped their record down to 8-15. As for New Designs University Park, their win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 21-3.
