Stephan Iron shell was his usual excellent self, going 7 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 35 points and 1 assists for Arizona Lutheran Academy. The contest was Iron shell's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Luis Guerrero was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with 6 rebounds.
Johnson County's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Arizona Lutheran Academy, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Johnson County will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Flagstaff at 8:00 a.m. on December 9th. As for Arizona Lutheran Academy, they will face off against American Leadership Academy - West Foothills at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. American Leadership Academy - West Foothills will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Arizona Rankings (they are ranked 160th, while Arizona Lutheran Academy is ranked 23rd).
