The Bountiful RedHawks waltzed into their matchup  on Wednesday with six straight wins  but they left with seven. They came out on top against Clearfield by a score of  56-47. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Bountiful also won the last time the pair played  back in December of 2020.
  Taylor Harvey was  her usual excellent self,  scoring 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Adelaide Stevenson, who  scored 12 points.
 Clearfield lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   Isabelle Wyaskett, who  scored ten points along with seven  rebounds and two  steals. Wyaskett also  posted two  blocks for the first time this season. Another player making a difference was  Julia Smith, who  scored six points along with six  rebounds.
 Bountiful's win was  their sixth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 11-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.2 points per game. As for Clearfield, their loss dropped their record down to 11-2.
 Bountiful will be playing in front of their home fans against Roy at 5:15  p.m.  on Friday. Roy will have to bring their A-game into this one,  as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Utah Rankings (they are ranked 89th, while Bountiful is ranked 11th). As for Clearfield, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Box Elder at 5:15  p.m.  on Friday.
