Poly entered their tilt with JW North on Tuesday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Huskies with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

Poly's got stronger as the match went on, holding JW North to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-19, 25-10.

Poly's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-4. As for JW North, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-20.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Poly will face off against rival Hillcrest at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, JW North is set to take on their familiar foe Vista del Lago at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
