Hinton scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They blew past Lookeba-Sickles, posting a 73-36 victory on the road. The win was a breath of fresh air for Hinton as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.
Meanwhile, Hobart put the finishing touches on their 12th blowout victory of the season on Tuesday. They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 57-24 win over Merritt.
Hinton's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-12. As for Hobart, their victory was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-2.
Things could have been worse for Hinton, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 73-59 loss to Hobart when the teams last played back in February of 2023. Can Hinton avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
