Mount Calvary Christian put the finishing touches on their seventh blowout victory of the season on Tuesday. They breezed by Susquenita on the road to the tune of 62-33. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 33-10.
Avery Kopcha continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 28 points along with seven rebounds and seven steals. He hasn't dropped below three steals for seven straight games. Josiah Masters was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with six steals and five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Covenant Christian Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Harrisburg Christian on Monday, taking the game 49-40.
Mount Calvary Christian now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Covenant Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 3-10.
Mount Calvary Christian took their victory against Covenant Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 by a conclusive 63-43.
