The Comeaux Spartans will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the St. Martinville Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Saturday, Comeaux came up short against Acadiana and fell 43-36.
Meanwhile, St. Martinville also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Southern Lab by a score of 53-43.
St. Martinville's defeat came about despite a quality game from Raytyrion Narcisse, who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Jaylon Jones, who scored 7 points.
Their wins bumped Comeaux to 2-3 and Acadiana to 4-1.
Comeaux strolled past St. Martinville in their previous matchup back in December of 2022 by a score of 71-57. Does Comeaux have another victory up their sleeve, or will St. Martinville turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
