Bradford Prep is 2-7 against Corvian Community since November of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Bradford Prep Bears will welcome the Corvian Community Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Bradford Prep's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kaden Bradley, who went 6-for-10 on his way to 16 points along with five boards and three steals. The match was Bradley's sixth in a row with at least 16 points. Another player making a difference was Isaiah Poston, who went 6-for-15 en route to 15 points and seven rebounds.
Bradford Prep smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in December of 2024.
Meanwhile, Corvian Community had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 73-49 margin over the Pride.
Corvian Community found their leader in sophomore RJ Moore Jr., who went 9-for-22 to rack up 23 points and seven boards. Moore Jr. has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Malachi McCutcheon was another key player, as he made all 5 shots he took to post 12 points.
Bradford Prep's victory bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Corvian Community, their win bumped their record up to 16-6.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Bradford Prep has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 27.1 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Corvian Community struggles in that department as they've been averaging 35.2 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
