Basketball Recap: West Platte Makes It Four in a Row on the Road

West Platte won against North Andrew last Saturday with 61 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Monday. The West Platte Bluejays strolled past the North Andrew Cardinals with points to spare, taking the game 61-45. That's two games straight that the Bluejays have won by exactly 16 points.

West Platte pushed their record up to 10-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.8 points per game. As for North Andrew, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-8 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Platte will square off against South Holt at 7:30 p.m. on February 3rd. As for North Andrew, they will face off against King City at 7:30 p.m. on February 4th. One thing working in King City's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six contests.
