The biggest upset of the week belonged to Springdale, who took down 10th ranked Springdale, 47-42.
Rogers Heritage extended the longest winning streak in 7A/6A West this week by beating Siloam Springs, 70-21. The win marks fourth in a row for the the War Eagles.
Har-Ber's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Kyle Pianalto threw for 22 yards and Tony Orellana had 13 yards receiving. On the ground Pianalto chipped in 62 yards. Zach Thompson helped Har-Ber's passing attack out by catching one ball for 10 yards.
The Wildcats' Pianalto and Nick Byrne have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Pianalto has thrown for 332 yards this season, while Byrne, a 6-foot-4 receiver, has 16 catches for 201 yards. The Bulldogs' Deandre Murray leads the league in rushing yards with 333.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Fayetteville and Springdale. The Bulldogs enters the contest ranked sixth in the state, while Shane Patrick's team ranks 23rd.
Rogers and the Bulldogs played the most hotly contested game in 7A/6A West this week, with Rogers eventually emerging with a 47-42 victory.
