Jaron Thomas and Co. Win Ninth in a Row
Jaron Thomas's big game helped extend Concord's winning streak to nine on Friday. Thomas turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 78 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made 11 total tackles.
Unfortunately for Plymouth, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Thomas. Thomas rushed for 186 yards and four touchdowns on only 14 carries the last time he and the Pilgrims/Rockies duked it out back in October of 2023.

Char'Rese Breveard was instrumental in extending Concord's winning streak to nine on Friday. Plymouth had no answer to Breveard as he rushed for 70 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 40 receiving yards and a touchdown. The dominant performance gave Breveard a new career-high in rushing yards.
For the season, Breveard has caught 6 touchdowns while averaging 72.2 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after nine games last season, he had one receiving touchdown.
