Roosevelt Gets a Boost from Zuniga in 42-36 Loss
Starting off the list is Roosevelt's Jaden Zuniga, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Zuniga rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries, and also picked up 63 receiving yards and a touchdown. His longest reception was for an impressive 63 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per catch total.
With the defeat, Roosevelt broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-2. Zuniga will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant effort when he faces off against Idalou on Friday.
