D'ernest Johnson of Immokalee ran for the longest rushing play in 5A District 15 this season against First Baptist Academy last week. Johnson ran for 62 yards on the play and finished with 128 on the day as his team bested the Lions.
Immokalee moved up to 155 from 191 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Richard Dombroski's team was able to make move up by defeating First Baptist Academy 39-13.
