Rel Harmon Dazzles in Port St. Lucie Victory
Rel Harmon helped snap Port St. Lucie's 14-game losing streak dating back to last season. Harmon was dynamite on Thursday, rushing for 215 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack, making eight total tackles, and defending a pass.
Port St. Lucie's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. Harmon and Port St. Lucie will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on South Fork at 7:00 p.m. on October 18th.

On Friday, John Carroll Catholic got the W thanks in part to Jaydien Pittman playing the best football he has all season. Pittman rushed for 113 yards and three touchdowns, and also picked up 42 receiving yards and a touchdown. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 58 yards.

Jordan Quillen helped snap Port St. Lucie's 14-game losing streak dating back to last season. Quillen did his part (and then some), rushing for 13 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 35 yards and a touchdown for the 'W'.
This year, Quillen has thrown those 1 touchdown (and no picks) while averaging 24.3 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 13 passing yards per game.
