The third road contest was the charm for the Greenfield Knights, as they earned their first road win of the season. They came out on top against Harrells Christian Academy by a score of 37-25 on Wednesday.
Greenfield was led to victory by Kaylee McClintock and Darcy Dean. McClintock scored 15 points along with 7 steals, while Dean scored 14 points along with 5 steals. The match was Dean's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Yazi Bulluck was another key contributor, scoring 4 points along with 5 rebounds and 5 steals.
The win got Greenfield back to even at 2-2. As for Harrells Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-1.
Greenfield will be playing at home against Wayne Preparatory Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Harrells Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Rocky Mount Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
