Several Rams players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Nick Huff, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 21 rebounds. Huff is absolutely dominating the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. John W Thompson III was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 12 rebounds.
Monsignor Donovan Catholic's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-9. As for Mt. Bethel Christian Academy, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-5.
Monsignor Donovan Catholic will be playing at home against Pinecrest Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Georgia (Pinecrest Academy is ranked 376th, while Monsignor Donovan Catholic is ranked 370th). As for Mt. Bethel Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge King's Ridge Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in King's Ridge Christian's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six matches.
