Clear Creek took a six-run loss the last time they faced off against Clear Lake, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Wildcats won by a run and slipped past the Falcons 2-1. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Falcons last Tuesday, they had to take a 7-1 defeat.
