He has been consistent  recently: he hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. At the plate,  Cruz  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in two of his five plate appearances, while  Sherman Jr.  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances. Sherman Jr. also put up a  double, which was his first of the season.

 In other batting news,  Liam Meehan was  excellent,  going 3-for-4 with one  triple and one  RBI. Those  three  hits gave  him a new career-high.  Hayden Teasdale was another key player,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4.

The  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 6.5 runs over those games. As for Seekonk, their loss  ended  a  12-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 2-2.

The Bombardiers' pitching crew has only allowed 3.5  runs per game  this season, so the Warriors' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
