Elijah Bell was another key player, scoring 11 points along with five rebounds and two blocks.
Morningside Academy's defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1.
Morningside Academy will head out to face off against Brevard Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pine, they will host Lincoln Park Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
