The Valley Christian Trojans will face off against the Coolidge Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Valley Christian's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
Valley Christian is returning to their home court after beating Florence on theirs, despite the fact Florence has dominated at home this season. Valley Christian breezed past Florence to the tune of 76-41 on Thursday. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 contests by 22 points or more this season.

Carson Grier was his usual excellent self, dropping a triple-double with 19 points, 15 rebounds, and 11 assists. He is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last 11 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Colby Jessup, who dropped a double-double with 22 points and ten boards.
Valley Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 14 consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Coolidge beat Seton Catholic 60-56 on Thursday.
Coolidge's win came from a few key players Valley Christian will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jensen Carter, who went 10 of 13 en route to 25 points. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 48% field goal percentage. The team also got some help courtesy of Adarius Miguel, who posted 12 points and five assists.
Valley Christian pushed their record up to 22-3 with the win, which was their 22nd straight on the road dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.5 points. As for Coolidge, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 22-8 record this season.
Keep an eye on the arc in Wednesday's contest: Valley Christian has been dynamite from deep this season, having nailed 37% of their threes per game. It's a different story for Coolidge, though, as they've only made 27% of their three-pointers this season. Given Valley Christian's sizable advantage in that area, Coolidge will need to find a way to close that gap.
