Everything went their way against the Rocky Mountain Lutheran Eagles on Friday as they made off with a 10-0 win. The Bison might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by nine runs or more this season.
Parker Wilson made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.
In other batting news, Flatirons Academy let Braxton Kelley and Noah Evans run wild. Kelley went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double, while Evans went a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles, one run, and one RBI. Those three hits gave Kelley a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Conner Odell, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with three runs.
