The American History Bald Eagles posted their biggest  win since December 22, 2023 on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Bergen Charter 48-15 on the road. The  team ran away with 38  points in the first half and mostly just sat on those to pick up the  win.
 American History was led to victory by  Erica Lawson and  Shamiyah Mubarak.  Lawson  dropped  a double-double on ten points and 11  steals, while  Mubarak  scored 21 points along with four  steals. Lawson is absolutely dominating the  steal category: she's  posted at least two every time she's  taken the court this season.  Dominique Jackson was another key contributor,  scoring three points along with seven  rebounds.
 American History has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven games,  which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Bergen Charter, they are  on a six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-10.
 American History won't have much time to rest: their next  matchup is against Somerville at 4:30  p.m.  on January 30th. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Somerville comes in on five and American History on three. As for Bergen Charter, they will head out on the road to  take on  Leonia at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Leonia will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
