Leading Stuart to victory were Will Paxton and Simon Addison. Paxton rushed for 184 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.2 yards per carry, while Addison rushed for 164 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.3 yards per carry. Addison is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last five games he's played. Benjamin Paxton was in the mix too, providing Stuart with two touchdowns.
Several Hawks players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Evan Pankoke, who rushed for 34 yards and two touchdowns, and also caught a touchdown. Another player making a difference was Jack Bullis, who gained 141 total yards and three touchdowns.
Stuart's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 6-2. As for Hampton, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-2.
Stuart will take on Southwest at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
