You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Sunnyslope on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Corona del Sol Aztecs out of the water with a 73-21 final score. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 20 points or more this season.

Sunnyslope's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Shannon McIlroy, who went 8 of 17 on her way to 19 points and eight steals. McIlroy has been hot recently, having posted four or more steals the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Teagan McIlroy, who went 6 for 14 en route to 16 points along with seven steals and five boards.

Sunnyslope pushed their record up to 12-6 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.8 points per game.
