That's the first time this season that Moore scored 15 or more points. Mouhamed Fall was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds.
Mineral County's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was DeVayne Isom, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Andrew Stinson, who scored ten points along with six steals.
Carson's win bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Mineral County, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.
Carson and Shasta will face off at 2:30 p.m. on December 30, 2023 without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Shasta will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 558th in California, while Carson is ranked 75th in Nevada). Mineral County and Pyramid Lake will face off at 1:00 p.m. on December 30, 2023 without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
