Alvord took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They blew past the Valley View Eagles 63-0. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 33-29 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.
Dalton George had a dynamite game, rushing for 51 yards and a pair of scores, while also throwing for 96 yards and two touchdowns on perfect 8-for-8 passing. Alvord didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Brayden Snider, Rhett Richey, and Wyatt Small picked up one apiece.
