In what's become a running theme this season, Union Academy gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Albemarle Bulldogs  a   24-0 shutout. The  win was nothing new for Union Academy as they're now sitting on four straight.
  Seth Sandock looked comfortable as he  tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits.
 At the plate,  Jeremiah Shine and  Reeves Rape did most of the damage at the plate:  Shine  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-1, while  Rape  went 2-for-2 with five  RBI and a  run.  Christian Pawl was another key contributor,  going 1-for-1 with two  runs, a  triple,  and  an  RBI.
 Union Academy has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won eight of their last nine matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record  this season. As for Albemarle, they are  on  a  13-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-14.
 As of now, neither Union Academy nor Albemarle have any future games scheduled.
