Kyle Casey posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in nine consecutive appearances.
