It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Cochranton ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 victory over the Cambridge Springs Devils. Jaidin Frayer made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 17 batters over eight innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
