Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Thomas More). They really took it to the Acadiana Rams for the full four quarters, racking up a 61-15 win. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 21 points or more this season.

Katecamille Tatman had an outrageously good game as she went 9 for 15 on her way to 22 points in addition to five rebounds and five steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Blaire McCauley, who posted nine points and eight steals.

St. Thomas More smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in four consecutive matchups.

St. Thomas More's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Acadiana, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

St. Thomas More will be playing in front of their home fans against Kaplan at 6:00 p.m. on December 20th. As for Acadiana, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 48-17 win against Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy on the 13th.
