Alexandria entered their tilt with Ohatchee on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Indians. That's more bragging rights for the Valley Cubs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Alexandria's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Ohatchee, their loss ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-2.

Coming up, Alexandria will challenge Glencoe at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ohatchee, they will square off against Ranburne at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
